Jake is a chartered physiotherapist who has experience working in the NHS and private sector. He loves working with clients from all walks of life and enjoys the challenge of adapting his approach to rehabilitation for all abilities.
Prior to specialising in the musculoskeletal field, Jake built up experience working with neurological and respiratory conditions.
Jake is a keen runner, but has an interest in all sports. He is trained in the mulligans concept which uses mobilisation with movement to maximise function and aid recovery. Jake has an interest in calisthenics and using body weight exercise to help you achieve your goals.
