FAQ

What will happen during an initial physiotherapy assessment?
You will be asked to fill out a form in which you will indicate your condition/injury. After that the physiotherapist will go through your history more in detail with you and do hands-on assessment to locate the pain/understand the cause of the injury. The therapist will be then able to provide you with a diagnosis and design a treatment plan, which will be started during the first assessment.
What should I wear for a physiotherapy appointment?
You should wear comfortable clothes which allow you to move around if necessary and the therapist to evaluate your condition. Thus, we don’t recommend wearing jeans or baggy clothes.
How long will the appointment last?
An initial assessment takes 60min and follow-ups 30min.
How many appointments will I need?
This depends on the severity of your injury and also how well you respond to the treatment. Your therapist will evaluate the number of treatments needed in the treatment plan during the initial assessment.
Will my health insurance cover for the treatments?
Reach Physiotherapy is covered by all leading health insurance providers such as BUPA, AXA PPP and AVIVA.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. You can either pay in cash or by credit card.
